Subscriptions

TAILORED FOR END USERS, MANAGERS, AND CUSTOMER ADMINS

INTRODUCTION

The Subscriptions feature in SapienceIQ allows users to view reports and dashboards that have been rendered and delivered to them based on subscription schedules. Users receive subscription content according to role-based access or explicit assignment by the user who configured the schedule. Subscriptions help users stay up to date with key content without manually checking for updates.

HOW IT WORKS
  • Subscriptions deliver rendered reports and dashboards to individual users.

  • Users can view, download, or flag subscription content directly from the Subscriptions board.

  • Subscription content respects the security and access settings configured for each user.

  • Bulk actions allow multiple items to be downloaded, flagged, marked as read, or deleted at once.

  • Filters and view options help manage and organize subscription content efficiently.

ACCESSING SUBSCRIPTIONS
  • Open the Hub and from the Vertical Ribbon menu, access the Schedule Manager.

  • From the Bulletin Board, access the Subscriptions feed via the Toolbox or by clicking the tiles on the Bulletin Board.

SUBSCRIPTIONS BOARD
  • By default, the My Subscriptions board displays all unread subscriptions.

  • The Schedule Manager link opens the Schedule and Subscription Manager to view schedules related to subscriptions and alerts.

MY SUBSCRIPTIONS - COLUMNS DISPLAYED
  • Actions: The actions that can be taken on the subscription

  • Name: Name of the schedule generating the content

  • Type: Content format (PDF, Word, etc.). Hover to view the subscription.

LIMITATIONS
  • Subscriptions are user-specific and cannot be shared across accounts.

  • Everyone has a capability to self-subscribe to reports. But only certain roles will have access to subscribe on behalf of others

  • Subscription content delivery depends on the schedule configuration and user permissions.

FINAL NOTE

Users can manage, filter, and interact with subscription content efficiently, ensuring they stay up-to-date with relevant insights without manually tracking content updates.
