Dashboard And Presentation

TAILORED FOR END USERS, MANAGERS, AND CUSTOMER ADMINS
INTRODUCTION

The Presentation Menu in SapienceIQ provides advanced options for interacting with presentations during runtime without cluttering the visual workspace. Users can refresh content, apply bookmarks, print, share, subscribe, edit, copy a link, enable multi-highlight mode, interact with hidden bookmark filters, or access workflows and conversations directly from the runtime interface.

HOW IT WORKS

Users access the Presentation Menu by clicking the hamburger menu located at the top-left corner of each slide. The menu opens to the left of the page and can be closed at any time using the Close option.

The menu provides the following capabilities:

Refresh Options

  • Undo: Reverse the previous action

  • Redo: Repeat a previously undone action

  • Reset: Revert the presentation to its last saved state, discarding runtime changes

  • Re-run: Execute the presentation queries again to ensure data is current

  • Run Filters: Apply updated filter selections if Auto Run is off

Bookmarks

Create, edit, and apply bookmarks to save and restore preferred filter selections across the presentation.

Actions

  • Print: Export and print the presentation with format and page options

  • Share: Open the Share Content dialog to distribute the presentation to other users or via a shareable link

  • Subscribe: Configure a subscription schedule and output format for the presentation

  • Edit: Open the presentation in the editor

  • URL: Copy a direct link to the current slide for easy access in another session

Advanced Options

  • Multi-Highlight Mode: Select multiple member elements or data points on a discovery without using Ctrl+Click

  • Workflow for Dashboard: Access and add actionable annotations, view conversations, and start new discussions

  • Pre-query Filters: Configure initial filter selections before the presentation query is loaded

  • Hidden Filters: Enable, disable, or select options from filters that are not visible on the current slide
