INTRODUCTION

The Presentation Launcher in SapienceIQ allows users to control how they open Present content from the Content Manager. It provides flexibility to either open presentations directly for immediate viewing or preview all slides first and select a specific starting point. This ensures efficient consumption and navigation of presentations without unnecessary editing steps.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Default Launch Mode
    Users can set their preferred launch mode from User Defaults:

  • Direct: Opens the presentation immediately in runtime mode for quick viewing.

  • Slides View Mode: Opens a preview of all slides, allowing users to choose a starting slide or open the presentation in edit mode.

  • Direct Mode
    • Clicking a presentation opens it in runtime mode immediately.
    • Users can view the content without making edits.
  • Slides View Mode

    Clicking a presentation opens a preview of all slides. Users can perform the following actions from the preview:

    • Click the main image to open the presentation in edit mode at the first slide.

    • Click View Presentation to launch the presentation in runtime.

    • Click Edit Presentation to open the presentation in edit mode at the first slide.

    • Click on any slide in the slide panel to open the presentation in edit mode at that slide.

    • Click Back to exit the launcher and return to the previous page.
