Bookmarks
FOR MANAGERS AND CUSTOMER ADMINS
INTRODUCTION
The Bookmarks feature in SapienceIQ allows users to save and reapply filter selections and parameter settings across dashboards or reports. Bookmarks save time by capturing preferred configurations, so users can quickly reuse them without manually resetting filters.
HOW IT WORKS
-
A bookmark captures all current filter selections and parameter values across a dashboard or report.
-
Multiple bookmarks can be created to represent different scenarios or analysis needs.
-
Bookmarks are user-specific; each user sees only their own bookmarks.
-
Bookmarks are not shareable with other users.

Bookmarks can be created and applied directly from dashboards or reports using either the top-right menu or the right-click context menu.
