The Interactive Content feature in SapienceIQ enables End Users to access, explore, and interact with reports and dashboards that have been shared with them. They can also configure scheduled subscriptions for publications they have permission to access. This feature ensures that content consumption is dynamic and actionable, even for users with limited editing permissions.

HOW IT WORKS

Accessing Reports and Dashboards

  • End Users can open reports and dashboards created by other users and shared with them. Depending on permissions, they may also create and save their own using the Analyze Further tool.

  • Reports and dashboards support dynamic interactions such as filtering, sorting, and drilling down into data points.

  • Users can print or export reports and dashboards for offline use.

  • Subscriptions can be configured for yourself to receive updates on shared reports and dashboards automatically.

  • Only certain roles will be able to subscribe on someone else’s behalf
