TAILORED FOR END USERS, MANAGERS, AND CUSTOMER ADMINS

INTRODUCTION

The Recent feature provides a flat listing of all recently used content items by the current user. It enables users to quickly find the latest items they accessed, reducing the need to search or navigate repeatedly. The Recents view is accessible from the Vertical Ribbon Menu in the Hub.

HOW IT WORKS

The Recent list is self-maintaining. The system automatically tracks each user's content access and usage. The most recent 20 items are displayed. No manual action is required to flag an item as recent.

ACCESSING RECENTS

The Recent view is represented by a clock icon with an arrow moving around it:

  • From the Hub – Left Vertical Ribbon Menu, it may appear as the first or second icon

  • In the Quick Start panel

All items in the Recents view can be managed like content in normal folders. Users can open, view, copy, share, or mark as favorites the recent items. Items cannot be pasted directly into the Recent view.

LIMITATIONS
  • Restricted to the 20 most recent items

  • Recent data sources are excluded

  • Users cannot paste content into the Recents folder
