ACCESSING AUTO RECOMMENDED

Users can view, open, and interact with recommended content directly from this section.

Within the Auto Recommended view, users can perform all standard content actions available in the Content Manager, such as:

  • Opening, viewing, or analyzing items

  • Copying or sharing content

  • Adding items to Favorites

KEY CAPABILITIES
  • AI-powered personalized Recommendations

  • Dynamic updates reflecting user and system activity

  • Seamless use of all content actions except paste

  • Promotes data exploration and engagement

LIMITATIONS
  • The list is limited to 20 items.

  • It is a read-only view and cannot be customized or rearranged.

  • Recommendations rely on existing system usage patterns, which may take time to adapt for new users.

  • Accessible only from the Content Manager; not visible in other modules.

  • Users cannot paste copied items into the Auto Recommended view itself.
