The Auto Recommended feature provides a personalized, AI-driven list of the top 20 content items most relevant to each user. It leverages machine learning to identify patterns in user activity across the system and recommends content that aligns with the user's interests and behavior. This feature enhances content discovery by surfacing dashboards, reports, or other assets that are likely to be useful without requiring manual searches.
HOW IT WORKS
The Auto Recommended engine uses a behind the scenes complex logic to analyze content usage patterns across all users.

It identifies users with similar content preferences based on interaction history.

Using this similarity, it recommends items that those users have engaged with.

The system updates these Recommendations regularly to ensure the list remains fresh and relevant.
The model continuously refines itself as user behavior and available content evolve, maintaining a dynamic and accurate Recommendation feed.
ACCESSING AUTO RECOMMENDED

The Auto Recommended view is available only through the Left Vertical Ribbon Menu from the Hub.

A flash icon for easy identification represents it.

The view presents a flat list of up to 20 recommended items personalized for each user.
Users can view, open, and interact with recommended content directly from this section.
Within the Auto Recommended view, users can perform all standard content actions available in the Content Manager, such as:

Opening, viewing, or analyzing items

Copying or sharing content

Adding items to Favorites
