INTRODUCTION
The Most Used feature provides a flat listing of the top 20 most frequently accessed content items across all users in the system. It highlights the content that is most valuable and frequently referenced, helping users quickly locate popular reports, dashboards, and analyses. The Most Used view is available only in the Content Manager.
HOW IT WORKS
The Most Used list is automatically maintained by the system, based on user interactions and access frequency. Every time user opens or interacts with content, usage data is recorded. The system aggregates this data across all users and identifies the 20 most frequently accessed items that each user has permission to view. No manual input or configuration is required for an item to appear in this listing.
ACCESSING MOST USED
The Most Used view is accessible from the Hub and is represented by a flag icon. It presents a simple, centralized way for users to find content that is proven to be useful and widely utilized within their organization.
All content in the Most Used view can be managed just like items in regular folders. Users can open, view, copy, share, or favorite items.
